Seqoya have secured planning permission to extend and remodel an apartment in Fitzjohns Avenue. The aim is to create a luxurious three bed/ three bath garden apartment. The apartment will be comprehensively refurbished including high quality luxury fixtures and fittings, Lutron lighting, multi-room audio and a/v distribution and bespoke joinery throughout.

Seqoya does it again! We entered our stunning penthouse at Queens Court in St Johns Wood London into three separate categories for the International property awards. We recently found out that we have won awards in all three categories.
