Seqoya are pleased to confirm the successful acquisition of a site in Goldhurst Terrace, South Hampstead NW6.
We are in the process of applying for planning permission to allow the demolition of the existing block of flats and the re-construction of a new building of 12 luxury apartments. We are looking forward to successfully bringing another luxury development to the market.
We are pleased to announce the commencement of our first project in the Caribbean situated in prime Jacks Hill, Kingston, Jamaica.We are designing an area totalling 23,000 sq ft GIA creating six 4 bed / 4 bath luxury detached homes.The design team has been appointed and full working drawings are being finalized. Expected commencement on site is Summer 2016.
Seqoya have secured planning permission to extend and remodel an apartment in Fitzjohns Avenue. The aim is to create a luxurious three bed/ three bath garden apartment.
The apartment will be comprehensively refurbished including high quality luxury fixtures and fittings, Lutron lighting, multi-room audio and a/v distribution and bespoke joinery throughout.

Seqoya does it again! We entered our stunning penthouse at Queens Court in St Johns Wood London into three separate categories for the International property awards. We recently found out that we have won awards in all three categories. This is the second time we have entered developments for these awards and once again been nominated. This is yet another testament of Seqoya’s ability to keep creating award winning developments.

We are very excited to announce we are in the process of formalizing our Seqoya Prime 1 investment fund structure, with the aim of raising investment capital for property development within the central London prime residential market.
The close ended fund aims to raise circa £50 million pounds of equity, with the fund being leveraged by 60% (debt/equity).

We are all extremely thrilled to have won this “Oscar of property awards”. Despite the fierce competition, our commitment to the pursuit of creating exceptional luxury homes has once again been recognized.
We take a lot of pride in every development we do as this is truly the only way to produce properties that stand out from the rest. The awards event held at the Lancaster Hotel in London was very well attended and the evening Gala celebration was quite a memorable event.
